hey, TTschwing: steve, what kind of spoiler do you have on your tt?...

lltek Type M.....>>
I think it's made by Mattig, imported by lltek. I like it a bunch more than the stock lip. Only problem is the install is a bear. Took about 3 hours of strenuous work to get the stock one off and the deck cleaned up! They not only bolt it on, but glue it with some stuff that is almost impossible to separate from the deck. After you do, you must compound the black primer they lay down so the glue will adhere, then polish to get the gloss back. lltek gives you color matched covers for the bolt holes, and after the spoiler is in place they are unnoticeable. No repaint needed. Unfortunately I didn't take a bunch of pictures during the install cause it flat wore me out! Any assist I can lend, just shout!

my tt is bare-bottomed now -- i like the non-spoiler look, but...
if i take it out on the track i wonder if i'll need the additional rear down-force that a spoiler provides.
i like the lltek spoiler -- it looks good on your car -- and had a chance to see neil's at fallingwater.
guess i'll think about it some more.
thanks for the info, steve.
