How difficult is it to install OEM heated seats in a nonheated seat TT?
#2
nearly impossible, I'll bet, if you expect to get OEM switches, etc. to work.
Do you have the wiring harness?
Do you have the switches?
Do you know if your car has the connectors to the switches, etc.
if not, gonna be *real* tough

A friend did this on his BMW 325is....
It wasn't that bad. He had the wiring diagrams for the switches, and just spliced the appropriate leads, pulled some wires to the seats, disassembled the cushions to install the heater coils, and VOILA! Heated seats. He used all factory parts except for the wires and splices. Hardest part was getting the seat cushions apart. Of course, if you want something 100% factory then its probably going to be very expensive and time consuming as you'll need the harness, etc.
