Default How in the he!! do you replace the battery in the key fob.....

I pried the fob apart and see no battery, or a way to get to one, on either side of the fob. I don't want to break anything in trying to pry apart the two fob pieces.
I did a search and read that the key side controls the immobilizer. So are there two batteries in the fob. One for the immobilizer and one for the door locks. Others state that they replaced the fob battery but I haven't been able to do so yet.
Any help would be welcome.
And I like Herbal Essence Shampoo cause it don't contain no frigging conditioners.

Once you have the key in two pieces, the non-key side has a cover to pop off

Default Thank you JeTT.....

The whole back side comes off to expose the two stacked batteries.
Is there a battery on the key side as well that actuates the signal to the immobilizer. Or is it all done with the non-key side which means that I'll have to reset it since I've removed the batteries.

Default Never had to deal with anything on key side. You will need to resync anyway since battery removed.

Forget exact procedure. It is in owners manual or you can search forum.
