I was considering a boost controller for some time...
But not the BCS, but the Greddy pro-b.
Being stealthy has nothing to do with being a viable option. When I said a viable option I never considered stealth as a viable. If I wanted a completely stealth option, I would not even mod the car. I would wait until my warrenty runs out and start modding then. Now with that aside....
You could mess with the wastegate. Change your K03 internal wastegate to an external. Adjust the spring rate so it stays closed longer and give you some good neck problems b4 your 40. :P
Could also get a fuel controller and add a 5 BAR(!) fuel regulator and dump fuel in along with a engine timing controller and a boost controller to accept the extra fuel.
You would also change the cams to 300degrees to bring the power higher on the power band.
Anyone can do this. This is all an option. But you gotta know how to mod the car yourself.
If you want a "no brainer", "slap that sucker on", "I just mod the ECU and have no idea what it does" mod, yes, $1000 chip would be the best option. As ScepTTor said, it isn't for everyone....
You of all people would know what I'm talking about, considering you put a hugh FMIC on your car.
