First, since I don't have a TT, I'll preface this by saying that the TT is a better track car than an S4. However, straight-line acceleration, the S4 wins. Both the TT and the S4 can be modified quite a bit, but I think the S4 will still beat the TT if both are modified similarily. I'm not trying to make enemies here by saying that the S4 beats the TT in straight-line accerlation. So why do I even mention the S4 here? Because the S4 can't beat the E46 M3 in straight-line acceraltion. Even if the S4 is chipped, I don't think the S4 can win. That is of course assuming both cars are launched properly. So going along with this logic, a chipped TT won't beat an E46 M3.

BTW, are you still at MSU? I graduated from MSU in December 1995.

I graduated from State in May 96, so we were probably there at the same time. What was your degree? I got a BS in Packaging. I went back to State for my MBA and finished in May 01. Now I'm in Chicago.

Me, BS Mathematics. I'm also in Chicago now. I've met some TT owners here before, but I'm not sure if I've met you already. I work downtown near Union Station and live in the NW burbs.

We should plan another GTG sometime. I had a good time at that last one.
