I need your help...Took TT out on date night and started to notice this knocking sound every
time I went over a bump...Seems to be coming from the drivers side door area. When going over several bumps with the door slightly cracked dont here it. Almost sounds if the door jumping around on the locking mechanism. Any one else here strange sounds and how you fix em

in many cases, it has been the sway bar... in modded cases...
it's often that at the top of the strut tower, the strut/coilover assembly is moving.
my pass. side does it sometimes, and i have yet to fix it. it's incredibly irritating.
auto-crossing the car doesn't help.
