Default Jiffy lube screwed up my car!

A word to the wise. Don't ever have your oil changed at Jiffy Lube!! Went in to have my oil changed and told them that I wanted a free oil change because of their f**** up. They forgot to put the skid plate back on from the last oil change. What a bunch of Bozos! Good thing nothing got damaged while I had the plate off.

Default What skid plate?

There's a plastic sound shield underneath, but nothing which would provide significant protection.

Default When did you find out it was missing? Let this be a lesson >>

jiffy lube, auto car washes...most are just factories for quick and dirty jobs. not worth it, really. In the long run, worse things can happen. You're play russian roulette with your TT.

Default found out when I had my new shocks put on....>>>

went to a different Jiffy lube to take a closer look underneath where the guys change the oil, and voila, no skid plate for sure. I went back to the original Jiffy Lube where the mistake was made and they agreed to get me a new skid plate, plus a free oil change. I won't be going back.
