Default Last weekends trip to DC....>>

Weather was great and got to see a lot of things we missed last time..

First, the DC Motorcycle show. Not much new, though this Ducatti Super Motard Clay mock-up was pretty cool:

Then off to the National Portrait Gallery recently opened in the newly restored old Patent Office. One of the first public buildings built. Abraham Lincoln had his Inaugaral Ball here...Beautiful..

Then off to the Air and Space Annex out at Dulles Airport...

haven't been to DC since I was 10 (somewhwere around the war of 1812...). ;-)

Default I was stationed @ Fort Belvoir in the 70's and spent my wknds in DC....mostly @ the Smithsonian....

Maybe we should hold a TT East near there???????
