Default I agree but my father said that Oneworld DID have competitors' boat plans
I don't agree with them having other's boat plans. But I also don't agree with this level of protestation.

I didn't pay attention to the ligitation. I guess I'll hear about it on OLN today at work. :-)

Default Stars&Stripes & Prada accused Oneworld of stealing design secrets
All accusations from Stars&Stripes and Prada were thrown out. Oneworld admitted to having some designs from other boats (that they say they never used). This is the reason they were penalized. For each series moving forward, they start with -1 points. So, they will always be 1 race behind the others through the semis and finals.
