Maintenance
I dont have my book handy can anyone post if there is a maintenance at 40k or 45k? Also whats suposed to be done then.
I have been a little slack on getting my maintenanceon my car and I just hit 46k miles and called to schedule my 45k maintenance. I was told it was a 40k maintenance and since I went over its not covered anymore so I have to pay $450 for it. My last maintenance was at 34k miles for my 30k maintenance and they covered that one.
Also my MFD is going bad, some lines are not showing. They did say they would still be corvered.

The major items on the 40K service are:
Replace air filter
Replace spark plugs
(DSG Only) Change transmission oil and filter
Oil change
Inspect CV boots, brakes, etc,
Those are the main ones, but if you didn't change the Haldex fluid at 35K, that needs to be done as well.
