Need help installing Caractere grill. How does the logo holder mount to metal grill?

I can't figure out how to connect the logo holder to the metal grill. They gave me nothing but screws....

but I can't see how the screws can hold that plastic piece in place..?!?!?

Huh? Screws go in from the back..>>

YOu might need some washers So they don't fall through the mesh..
