Default Need opinion on FPR 3 bar or 4???

Not sure what to go with. New to this mod thing and need some seasoned experts to advise on what direction to take. Hope that last line greases the wheels of cooperation. But in all seriousness I would like to know what to go with on FPR.

What is the normal Pressure setting on the Regulators?

Thanks
P

Default 3bar FPR is stock on my 225 thinking of upgrading to a 3.5bar or 4 bar too

I think some VW's have 3.5 and 4bar FPR's

Default 3 bar is plenty unless your mods get very radical...>>>

I'm pretty heavily modded and VAG tests and my Air/fuel gauge show about the right richness under Wide open throttle. Radical mods like stage 3 conversions bump the FPR up to a 4 bar (from a passat). On a lightly or moderately modded car, upping the fuel pressure will actually cause you to lose power as the car will run too rich. Do not worry about this at all. 3bar is plenty.
