I went out and purchased a bottle of NuFinish for my TT's wheels. I liked the idea of a hard 'wax' on the wheels. Well, it seems to be working.

So, what did I do this weekend? I waxed the V70R with NuFinish. I have NEVER seen this car look this good. People this morning commented that the car looked better than ever before. They have never commented like this with the Volvo before.

I think the NuFinish did a great job on the Volvo, which is a flavor of maroon (Venetian Red for those who love their bricks). Maybe it works very well on all colors, but it definitely does the trick on dark colors.

Now to decide whether to use it on the TT or not! Sure is cheaper than Z. ;-)

I found I used a considerable amount of NuFinish where with Zaino I used it more sparingly. I haven't waxed the Volvo on a cloudy day yet though. I think waxing in the hot sun has a tendency to require more wax than when done in the shade.

Default Whoa...I was just thinking of doing the same thing this weekend..

I was going to remove the wheels and load up the insides with plenty of NuFinish....Easier than EBC pads...

Thanks for the post

Default I used it on my Paseo. It got chalky over time. I knew nothing then compared to now about car care

tho. I didn't think it looked or protected that great. It was also 1993-95 so the formula may have changed a lot.

Default This was very easy to apply (I think I know what you mean by chaulky)

It is very hard once it has dried. I'll hit the VOLVO V70R AWD emblems on the tail tonight with a q-tip. A towel didn't work on the small spaces.
