Ok....little wire snapped as I was changing plugs. Looks like a capacitor...any ideas?

Default Yup, that would be a capacitor, not sure how you would fix it unless.....

you can solder it back on.

Can't solder it..I'll need new one and splice wires. Wonder what this is storing electricity for?

Found it..The grab and yank technique never worked for me ither...:-)
