Opinons Please
So I got a pretty deep door dent near my drivers side door handle.
Option A) $60 paintless dent removal via heating of metal and "massaging" of metal from access through window opening. Should repair it "85-90%" in the words of the estimator.
Option B) $350 body shop - remove, repair, repaint panel.
What do you guys think?

Look at it this way: Imagine it 85% gone. Will you be happy?
If not, it's worth it to stroke the check.
If so, then save yourself the money and put it towards something more fun than dent removal.

Personally, I would try the paintless repair first >>
It's only $60. Just make sure you find a reputiable person to do it. They may even be able to get it all out depending on how bad it is. Any time you have part of your car repainted it will kill the value especially to a collector. Some dealers will even try and ding you for it when you try to trade it in (sorry, no pun intended). I would use a paint repair as a final option.

Considering where the dent is...

I would go with option B. An 85-90% would still bother me quite a bit. I have a small ding in the lower rocker panel of my passenger side. I can just barely see it but it still bothers me. I find myself looking for it. I'm hopelessly **** about this type of thing.
