Well, not a bad price but I paid $13.50 at Albertson's. That includes the 10% discount that you get when you purchase lots of 6 bottles (mix and match).

It's a nice wine, and you didn't overpay, but with some sniffing around you might do a bit better. Remember, when I say it's an excellent wine, I mean in relation to wines in its' class, not in relation to Petrus or Chateau Margaux. I hope you like it.

P.S. Many supermarkets do give a 10% discount for lots of 6 if you use the cardboard carriers laying around. Many wine shops offer discounts for a case purchase.

it had to be shipped cross-continent). So I'll actually pay $15.30/bottle, unless I go for a case. But I want to give it a try first (not that I don't trust your judgement in these matters, I do--it's just that everyone's palate is a bit different). Thanks for the recommendation.
