OT - Spam Mail WARNING
We have been receiving LOADS of Spam mail with the following text:
"Hi! How are you?
I send you this file in order to have your advice
See you later. Thanks"
And then they attach some kind of document with a .doc.com or .bat.com
We have not opened any of these files so I don't know the contents.
We use our E-mail addresses on forums mainly so I suspect some of you have received the same.
They use different e-mail addresses each time and I suspect that they got those from the forums too. So now I'm concerned that they are using our addresses too
Just warning...

I have gotten the same from bayard@mcmaster.ca.....
I went to the address at McMaster University in Ontario and read them the riot act. Got 5 or 6 messages and forwarded them back to the sender and wrote the media contact at Mcmaster U. Do the same and threaten their asses. I mentioned I would be forwarding this to my attorney within the day if they do not immediately remove my address from their lists and track down this unseamly character. The ba**ard resides within the doors of this fine institution and after some research on their own search engine she seems to be Carolyn Bayard a french professor:
