Potenza tires not only ones with sidewall bubble. New Pirelli tire has a nice one...
on fathers clean unscather tire/wheel at proper pressure. Appears it wise to be concerned about any tire and check frequently. I guess this tire could be called "Blowrelli".

Ummm, so, how obvious are these "bubbles," are we talkin goiter-like, or pimple??? Also....
do you have to check the inside of the tire??? I'm getting a Bubble-Monkey or seeing if Mr. Haldex will do it for a slight stipend, maybe some nice winter shoes...

like a gargantuan pimple yet to crest but causing massive pressure...ouch!
not familiar with different terminology for pimples/goiters but this tire bulge is 1.5 inches wide and swelling currently .5 inch outward. My dad has just done an exemplary job of wheel cleaning and tire gloss on his XKS and that's why I noticed.
