New TT Owner

I recently picked up my Silver TTQ and wanted to test all the features. I have 2 questions:

1. How long do the seats take to heat up? I let mine go for about 8-10 minutes but I didn't feel anything?

2. Does the passenger seat also move up and down in the same fashion as the driver seat? The handle on the side of the passenger seat doesn't seem to do anything.

They should heat up almost instantly...Are you twisting the **** after you pop it out? You should see a series of red lights indicating relative strength.

Re: the seat...It should function the same as the driver's side. I find it impossible to move without actually sitting in it, however.

Of course, since mine is a “loaded” version, I'm assuming that 1) yours is too or 2) there is no difference in these functions between option packages. This may be a bad assumption…Don.

My heated seats warm up in two to three minutes so suspect you have a problem. No, the passenger seat does not elevate, at least on the front wheel drive model.

Passenger seat operates the same as the drivers on the FWD version, at least, mine does. (nt)

Sometimes mine goes on...sometimes the passenger side goes on...seems to work about 75% of the time. I did notice if the heated seat doesn't go on and then I turn the heat on(haven't tried the a/c) then the heated seats go on...

I've been too busy enjoying the car to bring it back to the dealer...its probably just the switches.
