Readiness code problems
Not thinking much, the DTCs got reset this morning in preparation for an emissions test. As should have been expected, it didn't pass due to Readiness not being good across the board. I drove the car over 100 miles on three engine starts hoping to get everything reset, but I still get the following two issues:
Secondary Air Injection Failed or Incomplete
Evaporative Emissions Failed or Incomplete
I thought that these Readiness codes get regenerated after a few miles, but such is not the case with my car.
Does anyone know how many start cycles are required? Do I just have to go drive the car a few more times to get everything back in the green? I'm thinking that I haven't done either enough miles or enough starts - am I right about this?

I already ran the manual readiness test, --->>
... and I'm getting only these two failures. There are no DTCs associated with the readiness failures, which leads me to think that I haven't put enough miles/starts on the engine since clearing the codes. At least that's what I'm hoping is going on.
I also went into the engine control menu and manually activated all the evap pumps and systems and they are all working.

Readiness tests...>>
I think vary between manufacturers. One cool thing about the Scan Gauge is it tells you if readiness levels are met...On My Vette, it took about 15+ drive cycles and 150 miles to clear a bad fuel cap error. I went for my inspection the next day...:-)
