Default results from the drag strip

me: 14.077 @ 97.58

Scott (APR Stage 3 337 GTI): 13.462 @ 109.84

Cousin Greg (WRX stage 4) 12.874 @ 107.9

We all ran good, but there is a lot of room for improvement. Scott is averaging 60' times of 2.4, not good, need quattro Greg's clutch is slipping and he never ran his true race program so a mid to low 12 is in his future. Me, I finally turned the boost up on the Revo SPS3(timing 4 high boost 9 and pulled the 14.077 but that was my worst launch 1.972 60' vs a best of 1.870 60' and I was on half 93 half 100oct. Next time I will run the beeatch to E and drop 3 gallons of 104 then run the boost cranked like I did on the last run, so 13's are very doable. If I pulled a 1.870 60' on the last run it would have been a 13.873, hypothetically All in all we had a very good night.

My mods: Revo SPS3, Cat Back Exhaust, OCT FMIC, Samco intake hose, colder plugs, Power Gasket. I ran on my 18"s, the Azenis sports on my 17"s were way to grippy and I couldnt launch without bogging.

Default have scott get some drag slicks... he'll be fine. ;-)

i need to get back to the track. i imagine that i should be running 14 flats or (very) high 13's.

Default With all your mods.. on 100.. you should be HOPING for mid 13's....

Nobody seems to be able to launch this car properly. I am thinking that it's the clutches... and the flywheels. Hopefully as soon as I redo mine.. I'll be able to see for sure. This car should be able to be stutter revved to 4500 rpm and dropped.... as long as there's boost (from stuttering), you should be able to put down a ridiculous 60' and then pull out a nice mid 13's time. (all of this on 100 octane).

I think I can run that number if the temps here in Orlando Fl cooperate and I run my 17's or 16's. I would have run my 17's with the Azenis Sports but they are way too grippy and I bog unless I drop it 6k!! I will run in the 13's next time out trust me, but I have a roadster with a power top(200lbs supposedly for the power top) and I way 230 lbs
