Default S-line suspension for 3.2

Has anyone installed the kit onto their 3.2? I realize I have other choices but want to keep it as close to factory as possible (Warranty issues). In addition, I don't want to drop it too much, don't want to damage the underside.

I read somewhere that it was only the badge! better check on this one. The 3.2 sits quite high next to my TTR with the S-Line suspension

Default All are wrong... read.

Initially Audi in Europe released a limited edition 225 edition TT. It was basically our ALMS edition with a different suspension. The suspension had different springs and different front shocks. Overall it had a tad bit firmer ride and lowered the car about a inch. I currently have the suspension on my car. I wouldn't recommend it for your car... as it is for the 225 not the 3.2!

Here are some pics... note: I added the 3.2 bumper! I have 2003 225 Quattro Coupe.

Default Re: S-line suspension for 3.2

"The sporty TT suspension with its firm but comfortable tuning has been refined and adapted to suit the more demanding requirements of the new engine/transmission combination. The front suspension uses McPherson struts, whilst double wishbones with trailing arms are used at the rear.

The diameter of the anti-roll bars on the front and rear axles has been increased compared with the four-cylinder turbo versions. The spring/damper settings have been modified to cope with the increased power, in order to achieve a further improved driving performance."<ul><li><a href="http://www.supercars.net/cars/2003@$Audi@$TT%203.2%20Quattrox.html">http://www.supercars.net/cars/2003@$Audi@$TT%203.2%20Quattrox.html</a</li></ul>

Default It doesn't mention that it is also 10mm taller than a stock 225 or 180!

Most of those changes are to make up for the added weight. Marketing can make anything sound like it has performance... such as the Rear honeycomb diffuser!?!?

I think VancTT3.2 was asking if anyone has the 225 s-line (europe) on a 3.2 s-line.

Default Yes. And I would argue that the 3.2 already has an S-Line suspension.

Although it's a different S-Line suspension than what they made for the smaller TT.

Aren't you just being a little vain about your "S-line" badges?
