Samco tip HELP!! 5mm hex bolt to turbo..how to remove?

225? It's a 7mm...>>
You have to remove the strut brace or turbo out pipe depending on how fat your arms are. Bear hug the motor and go down from the top with your left hand, a stubby ratchet and a 7mm socket....You'll have to work largely by feel on this..

I used 2 part epoxy to glue a socket to the tbolt. I think 7mm ...
I had attached a series of articulated socket "knuckles" to get a little length and angle on the tbolt. I used electrical tape to ensure none of these would come apart while the glue set or while I was apply torque with a long handle side winding ratchet.
Becareful when you are hugging your engine that you don't put too much weight on your fuel rail or connections.
Give'm hell man.

If you are referring to the cap screw that attaches the cast TIP to the turbo...>>
it's 6mm.
Remove the rubber inlet pipe first then you can get to the cap screw. I used a allen socket and universal adapter to remove it.
Also you will have to bend slightly the oil hose to make room for the Samco.
