Default Shifting?

I drove my friends Scion xB the other day after we had finished installing a turbo in it and his car shifts at pretty high speeds like I can be in 3rd gear at already 60mph soooooo.....

In your TT, Just curious what everyone seems to be shifting at as far as RPM shift points or what Speeds to relatively shift at...either racing through the gears from a dead stop or normal driving conditions.

Gear your in - Approx. RPM - Approx. Speed

Default I must have a really heavy foot then or be very racey through the gears...>>

during everyday conditions cause I have been shifting between 4000-5000 rpm's and cruise at around 3000 rpm's.
Is this good or bad cause I have not driven a manual trans in like almost ten years til I got the TT.

Default In an effort to not get myself arrested I usually commute around 2k rpms

If I'm running thru the gears on the way to work it's gonna end badly eventually. That's not to say I never do it but I'm trying not to.
