by Hankook tires is what I have and they are awesome in wet weather. I drove my car from NorCal to Portland Oregon for the Holidays, and took them through the mountains, in rain and snow. I drove through three hours of heavy mountain rain at one point with some psycho drivers on the road. I had to slam on the brakes several times, and was surprised at the solid traction I got. The car felt like there was no water on the road. Just amazing. No tire I have ever had gave me that sort of feeling. You can read about them on the hankooktireusa.com site, but I think it has something to do with their silica base make up. They don't slide, they stick. That goes for dry weather as well. The best part, they are very inexpensive. I think I even saw them at PepBoys. They wear very well too. My tires still look new after putting over 30K on them. Just a thought.
