Stratmosphere Headliner
Has anyone installed the Stratmosphere headliner. If so; how is it aging, does it stay in place, and was it a reasonable install? Thanks.

I've had mine nearly 4 years, looks like new, yes, it stays in place, not easy to install

Re: Stratmosphere Headliner
Installed the headliner two weeks after buying a used 2001 TTqR, and love the fit, noise reduction, and insulation it provides. Installation took about 90 minutes. The hardest part is getting the screws in under the plastic trim on the front of the top, since you need a special tool (really long allen wrench?) to get the locking handle off.
My tip, if you choose to get one, is to "screw" the metal plates that hold the liner to the front of the top to the plastic support strips on the front of the headliner, before trying to screw them back into the front of the top.
That may be a bit cryptic, but I think you will understand once you take the front of the top apart.
