2000 180TTQ, built Aug '99, 39,600 miles . . . rest is inside . . .
Everything has been repaired except where noted.
1. 7 fuel sending units
2. 1 instrument cluster
3. Light/lock "bug"
4. Horrible AM reception, hopefully fixing tomorrow.
5. Defective DV Design . . . installed Forge, changing to Turbosmart shortly.
6. AoA Customer Support, leaves LOTS to be desired!

2000 180TTQ built 10/99 39,300. No problems last 10k, but..
A few glitches early on:
seat heater switch
tire bulge
DV
ESP sensor replaced (ESP done under vol. recall)
LF wheel bearing replaced
Temp sensor replaced
DV
sway bar bushings replaced.
More than happy with it. Dealer seems better than most. No glitches lately.

2001 180 QC. 7500 Miles. Windshield, door & window squeaks, head rest squeak. and bad flywheel.
I am still trying to convince the dealer about the flywheel. Funny I brought the car in and brought the Service bulletin which explained the symptoms I was having. After dropping the car in the morning I get a call at work saying: "Oohh your tires needed balancing that's why the car has a vibration". Go figure. I still love my car though.
