Default Teething problems...

Both the ESP and ABS lights have been going on and staying on after the car is driven for half an hour. Also the brake pedal gets real mushy just as the car is coming to a stop (don't know if its related or even a problem). Any advice? Planning on taking it in to the dealer, but I just got it and hate to part so soon.

This is a safety issue! Park it. Call the service dept, It is sad that your car is so new.

Default Call Audi Advantage and have that thing TOWED (do NOT drive it) to your dealer ASAP

Do you really want to risk your $40K vehicle when the brakes feel funny? Thought not...

Thanks for the advice. Checked a little further and the brake fluid was way down. Topped it off and the lights went out and it acted fine. Couldn't understand why the dealer hadn't filled it. Drove around for a couple of hours and the lights back on and the fluid is down again. I'm taking it in tomorrow.
