Those of you with Forge exhausts...
What are your views? Is it louder than stock? Does it offer that growl that my APR does? I'm thinking of swappin for a Forge or maybe a Milltek if I can find someone because my APR is too loud for me now. Thanks!

IMHO, your APR might be loud

Before you follow the thread sheep you might want to consider that in the photos the Forge exhaust muffler seems to hang below the rear valance so that it shows from behind. This is an esthetic that you might want to think about. Personally this bothers me. I could be wrong as no one I know (4 close friends 12 others I have seen) will use this exhaust. Every body I have seen has gone different routs. For me the APR looks great but I am not impressed by the in cabin noise level or for that matter the exterior sound. The Neuspeed seems to be a great value for quality but the muffler does show slightly so for me that was ruled out. The one exhaust I have seen and used that you might consider would be Jetex; this exhaust has 2.75 piping and is VERY quite for a performance exhaust. It is slightly louder then stock with a high finish quality. It went in with no problems did not hang down, was quite in cabin, it did have an aggressive exterior note. This was much quieter than my APR but I really wanted the oval tips. The above photo shows my old Jetex.

Re: Those of you with Forge exhausts...
Just had a Forge exhaust put on my 2002 TTQ coupe - wonderful exhaust. Not loud at all but lowers the tone and has a great sound from outside the car. No resonance issues at all. If you want increased flow w/o noise issues, I think it's the best way to go.
