Default Thought it was a door ding, but...>>

Was washing the car a little today and found what at first looked like a door ding on the lower passenger side of the car. It is straight down from the side view mirror. Upon closer inspection of the ding, I noticed that it is not going in, but coming out. I will try and post some pics on Monday. Anyone else ever have a ding come from the inside of the door?

It is more common than you would think! It is a flaw from the factory, ask your dealer to repair with one of the door ding specialists. They do outies as well as innies!

Default Nah, I'm just gettin' old and I'm easily amused by shiny things (aliens); I always forget what I've

already said and don't give enough of a damn to make sure I'm not repeating myself... :-p

Default So, would this be an alien for the side view mirror and ..>>

I can expect one on the drivers side as well?

Or is it like that little thing in the movie and it is going to bust through and tear *** across the driveway?

Definitely the latter - have you ever seen "Ticks"? That's my frame of reference... ;-)
