Well Ive put about 10k on my GoodYear F1 GS-D3 225 45/17's. I have no complaints. Driving a TTR I was concerned about excessive road noise - top down. I would consider it as-good if not better than the Pilot Sports that came stock. Plus the tires have the rim saver feature and great curb appeal with the radical tread pattern.

After searching for info, there seem to be two brands that continue to evolve OC.T and Forge. Seeing as they are similar in price, and I am guessing the latest models allow the retention of our beloved aliens... is there a difference or benefit one over the other?

Even tho the Samco hoses were shaped to go around them, when the bumper was put back in place, the aliens compressed the hoses. Had to take 'em out.

I have Forge and I love it. I took out the aliens, not because they hit, but because I HATE them.

OCT here... got my aliens....

aliens, but the other side hose didn't. Don't know if
things will work on a 225 or not.
