Default Trak and Wheel Spacer

Any problems changing to a 5 X 112 bolt pattern
with an adapter from H & R Springs allowing me
to buy used HRE wheels?

Default Yes.

The biggest problem is that spacers typically add 20-25mm of offset to the wheel.
TT's and A4/S4's typically use offsets that are similar.

18x8 ET35 for example fits both the TT and A4. However if you take an A4 wheel, throw in the adaptor, the offset will be ET15, which will make the wheel stick out on the TT.

You're really much better off finding wheels designed for your car.
