Default TT-East 2007 Event registration is now open!!! >>>>

Welcome to TT-East 2007 edition, Charleston South Carolina. It has taken some time to get our event registration site up and running, but the extra time will be worth it as you will shortly see.

Our agenda this year is very full with lots of great things going on. The picnic/beach run drive will be especially fun for all that attend as you will see true low country roads and gorgeous beaches! Should be a great time.

A couple of changes this year that you need to be aware of in the registration process..

1- A new enhancement to the site is that you now have a login ID that needs to be created in order to have access to the registration portion of the site. We did this to protect your information, and to give you the ability to actually edit your agenda all the way up to August 16th. You also have the ability to see who else is doing what...so you can plan accordingly.
2- You will have the ability to recreate your receipt on your own in the event that you lose your email confirmation, or if there is a change as noted in item 1.
3- During the August time frame, the site will evolve as we will give you the ability to pre-print your goody bag packet/agenda. The site will give you the ability to see where and what you are doing and where you are going (yes maps will be online!!). To have those detailed itineraries ready for you prior to your arrival was something the team really felt would help everyone out. Our registration desk will still be there and provide you a backup, but for you planners, this is a
"nice to have".

TT-East is also asking this year that everyone pay at the time of registration, or to mail your payment in just after your register. Your prompt payment really helps the team to put the event together and to have everything ready for your arrival. PLEASE follow through on this in a timely fashion!

Our autocross event is still "in the works". We have every intention to run the event, but space to do this has proven to be a challenge to obtain. If you can imagine trying to find a space in or near a major city large enough for a 50 car autocross event, well....it is not easy. We are doing everything possible to pull this off and are really close on two spots. We are letting you know now and the registration will also show a disclaimer as well. Do not panic....just letting you all know.

Lastly, as we are doing the event in a fairly large city, some logistical challenges and costs were incurred this year, and that is the major reason our event is a bit more than last year. The good news is that the rate that was negotiated at the hotel for the base rooms is much cheaper than last year. This means your total all up costs (hotel and event fees) are actually a bit cheaper if you are coming alone, and a mere 10$ more if you have a guest. If you buddy up in a room, well, then it is even a sweeter deal. Oh, and that guest this year, gets a free t-shirt too!!! ;-)

The TT-East team has spent a lot of time putting this together and everyone is very excited about the event. We hope to meet or exceed past event expectations.

Do not forget that this registration is just for the event. If you have not done so, please contact the Francis Marion hotel and reserve your room now! Follow the link below for the specifics.

Thank you again for looking into our event....and if there are any questions, feel free to email it to info@tt-east.org, or hans@tt-east.org. We will get back to you quickly....

Here is to TT-East 2007!
