Well, the good news is the car is in the PaintShop.

Since I ordered the car last year, with an anticipated delivery on Sept 99.

It's been delayed to October, then December, and is now coming in Jan 2000.

The dealer sent me a letter written in gibberish ( I am not joking!) which was to explain the delays but it did not.

The dealer has now lost the Audi Franchise, and my order re-routed to Nigel Grogan in Chelmsford. I found this out by chance from the old dealer last month, who said Audi would write to me in the next few days to tell me teh situation.

I arrived back from holiday yesterday, but there was no letter from Audi, and no letter or phone call from Nigel Grogan either.

I have to press for all info from Audi directly, the dealers provide nothing, not even a courtesy call.

Audi Customer Service sucks.

Just done the same thing re. my Roadster. As far as I can tell the director is a guy called Dermott Kelly and I have just given him a roasting on exactly the same subject. Also, you don't have a fax number for Top Gear do you? The magazine or TV programme will do just fine.
