Default First time @ about 50k, then just replaced it again @ almost 100k

But I do a TON of hard driving, literally across the entire country in the past 2 years as well as a handful of track events as well as the entire season of auto-x.

I think I did ok.

First time I replaced the OEM clutch with a Southbend DXD stage 2 and now I just upgraded this week to a stage 3

Default 105,000 miles, still on OEM 1st clutch, dozen+ driving schools + autox

She shifts at 4500+ on average

Very few dropped clutches though- I think that is the key really for myself. I expect another 10-20K miles

Default 80K... but mainly because they had to replace this in my tranny

<center><img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/23227/gear_arm_broke.jpg"></center><p>so I had them do the clutch &amp; flywheel too while it was all apart.
