Default Wheel Spacer Confirmation Needed

So I have a FWD and I'm running 18x8 et35.

After looking at the wheel spacer calc I'm going to go with 17.5mm up front and 20 in the rear.

This should put me 1.85mm inside fender at the front and 1.35 inside fender at the rear.

Does this sound right?

I keep second guessing myself and just want verification.

Wheel Spacer Calc

Default It's all basically personal preference. Spacers don't do much unless you need BBK clearance

The calculator is pretty accurate, and using those thicknesses has been tested by many here, so you should be safe

Default sounds ok - I run 15F/25R >

the front's are about 17 since I have brake shims; I'm considering putting 25's on the front though, since I have -1.5 camber; may try it this weekend and I'll post.

Default Do you have pics at the right angle to show your wheels with those spacers?

I'd appreciate a look before I blow $200+ on spacers. Want the right size first time around.

Default On quattros, I like 10 or 12mm more

in the rear than the front with identical offset wheels.

Rear track/width might be different on a fwd- I don't recall.

Find andrew.tt's posts. His fwd looks right.

Default

FWD runs ~4mm farther out on each side in the rear.

Default Then consider that you'll only

have 6.5mm difference, which may look unsymmetrical.

Default I dont think I'm following...

youre saying 15 and 20 or 17.5 and 20 will look like the backs are pushed out farther than the fronts?

Please elaborate if I'm way off the mark with my assumption.

tia.
