where could i find a cheap used TT steering wheel (no airbag)>>>
i want to try and mod a stock TT steering wheel so it would be a little fatter and have bigger grips.. so the condition of the wheel doesnt matter since ill be re-stitching it anyway

why not just use a wheelskin???>>

hans, do you have one of these?
in the gallery pictures...they don't look like they fit very well....if you do have one, how do they fit?
i have no idea why people would by 'two tone' ones..it looks completely wack. i was thinking of a perforated black one to go over my black wheel....but i couldn't bear the pain of bad fitment....

I've had one in my Accord. Definitely better Accord material than TT.
The perforated is actually kind of nice and their charcoal color perfectly matches Honda black.
However, for my TT, I'd splurge on a new wheel before a Wheelskin, even if the cost is 7-10 times more.

yeah, that's what i was thinkin...
i think these 'skins are more for stuff like accords, or some american cars which have really bad OEM materials on the wheel.....

i have done a few and it is the time to do the install correctly>>>
you need thick gloves to pull the heavy stitching tight...otherwise it looks sloppy...
