Default Whooo I'm free again !

Well that was fun but it couldn't last. Decided to quit the car business this week as for the hours I am investing (had been) it's just not worth the reward(s). Now I am sure that given 6mths down the line I could be making nice money but the hours were just not for me.

Having spent 10yrs working the Mon-Fri circuit (travelling inbetween of course) but having EVERY weekend and holidays off, this was just too much. Pretty much 80hr weeks and getting home at midnight, 1am is just not fun.

Decided it was a much better choice to put 40hrs into Sheryl's company helping out and then 40hrs into really trying to find a regular job. When you are commission only and are working that many hours it's just not worth the return.

OK, time to plan a drive

Default I'd drive over for sure but I'd need to get some business in for the company 1st

if I can get 2 clients (good ones) in before the registration ends then I might just be putting another 6000 miles on the TT

Default In many respects, time is more valuable a commodity than money. I worked retail for a few years

and hated the hours, and not having the same two days off from week to week was a pain too.
