I don't think the other cars listed are 5x100 (at least not all of them)

Default i would go for the RS4's
they compliment the flat sides of the TT better than the TTQS rims.

true, i will probably go with 18s though, how is the ride with 19s

Default not a huge difference between the 18's and 19's imo
slightly harsher but not by much.
