No such car sold in North America
First model year for the TT-RS sold in North America was 2012. Perhaps you have a TT-S or a TT roadster S?
Audi USA did have a TT-RS prototype in the USA in 2010 but that was destroyed at then end of 2010 as required by federal law. I was lucky enough to drive it at that year's TT West event.
In any event, the TT barkes are solid, so the issue is with your car. If the equipment is still OEM, your brake fluid probably needs changed. If it is not OEM, you probably have crap aftermarket pads. There are a lot of good aftermarket pads out there but also some junk.

Quick fix is to upgrade the original Audi brake fluid for something with higher boiling point. Castrol SRF is popular and well stock round the globe. That will help in the first place to ensure the brake pedal at least stays hard long to help you.
IF you are boiling the Audi fluid then chances are that your pads are also operating beyond their temperature window. You will need to find a performance tuning specialist local to you to discuss fitting improved brake pads however with a performance oriented brake pads you may introduce brake noise and increased brake dust.
Where are you located in the world?
Hope above help.

Sounds like you are overheating the brakes or more specifically your fluid is not operating effectively because the temperature is too hot and causing the fluid to get too hot and thus lacks the ability to harden the pedal which gives you the braking effort. This is common for any car driven hard & fast.

Sorry, unless stated, we Yanks assume posters are in the USA
I have seen no reports on this or other USA boards regarding brake fade on the RS. There have been many complaints about brake squeal here.

HI WILLIAM ! THANK YOU FOR RESPONDING . I FEEL THAT AUDI MADE THIS TT-RS AS A HI PREFORMANCE CAR AND THE BRAKING SYSTEM IS USLESS. IF I WHERE THEM I WILL DO A TOTAL RECALL AND REPLACE THE BRAKE FLUID FOR HIGER TEMP. MY BRAKE FLUID WAS REPLACED BY AUDI AGENT NOW , BUT STILL THE SAME. I FEEL THE ONLY WAY AUDI S.A WILL KNOW THE PROBLEM IS WHEN SOMEONE HAS A FAITAL CRASH .

HI! THE FAULT ON THE BRAKES IS IN S.A ALL AUDI'S USE DOT 4 BRAKE FLUAD. WHERE A DOT 6 WILL BE THE STUFF WITH A HIGHER BOILING POINT. BUT AUDI S.A DON'T HAVE ALL THE NUMBERS OF UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS TO CHANGE TO DOT 6.
