Re: Any have a chipped 3.2?
I've been looking for this information as well to no avail. Revo www.revotechnik.com/products/softwareProduct.aspx?pvID=634 and Giac www.giacusa.com/programs.php?mpid=345 both said they have chips for the Mk. II 3.2 however they don't have dealers in houston. Let me know if you try it.

Yes...
I just recently added both a REVO (revotechnik.com) ECU upgrade and EVO (evoms.com) Cold Air Intake to my '08 3.2. I gained about 15-20 HP from these two mods but this is what you can expect from any NA engine.
The car is much more fun to drive now and the sound is much improved over stock. Next on the list is a Miltek exhaust...

Can you feel the torque peak shift ?
The REVO graphs show that the torque peak is lower on their chipped version, and most impressively, the torque curve appears shifted 500-700 rpm further down the rpm scale. When chipped it appears that the TT is now producing about the same torque at 2500 rpm than the stock engine at 3750. That should be pretty noticeable.
Your mileage could get better too, as the revs are lower. Any driving observations for us ?

Yes, it is noticeable and...
With regards to my personal driving experiences with the REVO ECU upgrade. First let me say that I drove from one tuners garage to the other so I only had about 20 miles with the new SW before I added the CAI... After a 15 minute install the tuner said it takes at least 50 miles for the SW to completely adapt... He also said that it would continue to adjust and improve over the next few hundred miles. This sounded suspicious but so far it does seem that way...
Throttle Response: This was the first thing I noticed and one of the best things about the upgrade, IMO. The stock response on the TT is not bad (depending on what you are coming from) but with the upgrade the response is much more immediate. I went with a setting of 7 as recommended by my local shop. I think I might set this to 9 just to see if its too much.
Torque/HP: The combination of more torque and better throttle response translates to less shifting and more enjoyable driving. I find that I don't have to jam the throttle like I used to. I can't really tell much of a difference in HP, although like I said earlier its just much more fun to drive.
MISC: I've also noticed a slight improvement in gas mileage. 1-3 in regular city/highway driving but I am sure this will improve further once I get adjusted to driving. I also have REVOs Select Plus switch on the way and I can't wait to try that with some 100 Octane gas. The Select Plus lets you adjust the timing and fuel settings...
For $399 and $150 for the Select Plus (special discount) I feel like it was well worth it and would highly recommend it to everyone here. I did extensive research on the GIAC and felt the REVO offered the best performance and tuning options. I also can't speak highly enough of the guys over at Evolution Motorsports and the performance of the CAI. If you live in AZ you need to go check them out...
Let me know if you (or anyone else) have (has) any other questions?

Re: do u have ur exact Hp/Torque gains?
I did not put it on a dyno pre and then post upgrade if that's what your asking... Although I will be doing that with my '08 S5, thanks to EVOs dyno.
REVO and EVOLUTION both have graphs on their respective sites with the gains you can expect.
REVO says HP Gain: 12 TQ Gain: 12
EVOLUTION says HP Gain: 8-10 TQ Gain: 7-10
