got Work SC1 19x9...torubles help

I have got this jap work wheels, size, 19X9 offset 35. They look great on my white 2.0 TT BUT--------
1.the front seems to stick out a bit
2. The back rub when the road is bumpy, l often hear a "gik" sound from either side of the back, esp driver.
1. i think this cant be solved, its the offset correct? I heard lowering the car helpsa bit, maybe 10-20mm?
2. ANyone know is it rubbing only the plastic ( cut be cut?) or its the fender?

An offset of 35 on a 9" wide wheel is too extreme to work well IMO.
I have 20x9 ET40 and I'm fine in the front but suffer slight rubbing issues in the rear that I've mostly solved but still suffer with from time to time.
You'll have to get more aggressive than I have to make this work. You'll either need to go to a machine shop and have them shave at least 5mm more like 6mm or 7mm off the mounting surface(all of which is pretty extreme to do and may compromise the wheels) or you could adjust the camber a bit which should help although I'm not sure if it'll be enough. You may end up needing to do a little of both. The camber solution will likely end up destroying your tires prematurely in the rear. How much will depend on how far you go with the adjustment and your driving style. someone on here adjusted their camber some with good success so far from what I understand. He may have had the same width/offset as you did but I want to say it was less extreme than yours but more than mine. Try searching around.
Also you'll need to shave the clamp just inside the rear wheel well where the seam between the body and rear bumper come together. If you put your hand in there you'll feel it. It's plastic and can be shaved down with a die grinder or dremel if you're patient. You'll need to be careful to be sure not to compromise the clamp obviously.
Honestly, you may be better off selling the wheels and getting some that are a little better of a fit but search around first and see if you can find the guy who adjusted his camber. If he has the same width/offset ask him how he's getting by before you make your decision.

1. l agree that selling them is he best option, but i special order those from japan, if my car dont fit, l dont know whichcar does, which make it hard to sell..... it will be painful to buy another set if l cant sell these, they costed me 480usd each
2. l am from hk, the shop where l ordered this wheels suggested and kinda promised verbally they will fit. I guess l will have to take them back n see what they can offer, surely not a refund. l put them om today, called them n told them bout the rubbing issue, they wanted to let it on for a few days and take it back or they wont be able to spot where its rubbing.
3. can anyone answer tat if l lower the car a bit... would the tire be within the fender?(now its sticking out just a little bit,like 10mm)

Have tried a few ways, still don't work
Both the shop and think there is only one tiny spot that is rubbing wich is the seam that connects the rear fender and bumper, but not sure whether its the steel bit or the rubber or both.
Trimed down the rubber a little, didnt work.
(In fact it did 50% of the job as the driver side never rubbed again but the passenger side still do. l am from HK and have a right hand drive car)
Tried to have tires with rounder shape, was using dunlop 9000 tried on good year also the very expensive 01R, stll dont work.
I am putting on the Rieger bodykit tomorrow, l will see if they have different mounting as l am chaging the rear bumper.
If that doesnt make a difference my next shot will be lowering the car and use 235/35/19 instead of 245/35/19.
I do not want to adjust the camber unless I HAVE to.
