Good luck Chris, but...
since it listed for $44.5K, you'll never get $40K for it, period. These cars can be bought for near invoice or $500 over invoice, NEW. They depreciate considerably, even with such low miles. You may get $37-38K. Good luck with the sale. Careful also about advertising on Craigslist - lots of scammers out there. Go for Autotrader or Ebay - much more secure.
