Default This is the key question...

Is the 3.2 worth the discounted 42k price, or is it not worth buying at all due to it's negative qualities (heavy, poor mpg etc).

Nope. From what I've seen I wouldn't pay more then 39. And I'm not knocking the car but there's some really good deals out there. I already did this search a month ago and found less then 8k miles at 32 to 34k. Less the 4k miles for 39k!!! Some damn good deals. People are desperate out there. If you choose to go this way you just have to be smart, be careful & bring money.

Would you do $41k for a new loaded 3.2 coupe w/290 miles on it? (non S-line)

I would have to say hell yes if that were my cup of tea. I'm just stuck on the 2.0s. But a deal like that might even make me flip ships. hahaha..

On another note it's a great motor;
From what I've seen their a lot more serious about these motors over in Europe then we over here. And their makin big power, 415/425 easy and they love the **** of em! You just need more suspension. And walla,,, you got a fire breather!
