I am potentially interested in changing my caliper colour.

Has anyone been through this?

If so, what process did you use (paint, Cerakote, etc), vendor used and cost?

If I did this I would want to do it properly with a complete caliper re-build versus the surfact paint options you can purchase at a local APS.

I've always done it myself with very good results. Tire Rack high temp caliper paint most recently. As with any painting job it's 90% preparation to ensure spotlessly clean surfaces.

Of course best to disassemble but you can also get more than acceptable results by simply masking off with wheels removed and calipers installed.
