Bought a a4 b6 with no working driver door electronics. I knew the door wiring was cracked so i replaced with a decent used one and it didnt fix anything. None of the windows work, no power mirrors and the driver door wont lock with the remote. Illumination behind the buttons isnt working and the door isnt recognized as open.

Pulled some codes and maybe anyone smarter can help before i start pulling everything apart.

HI, I would think it could be the drivers door control modual . ie. the motor + control . they are cheep on flebay but if u have folding mirrors you will need correct ones. Put up the part number, I have a pair from my b6 i wrote off , it had auto dimming ,not sure if they will cover the folding. but i can check if you like.

P.S. have you checked that power is getting to the control module ?
