P1423 - 35-00 - -
17819 - Secondary Air Injection System; Bank 2: Insufficient Flow
P1411 - 35-00 - -
17549 - Load Calculation Cross Check: Implausible Value
P1141 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent


how do i check if pump is still good, or witch part of AIR i have to change

i know its just emission but i hate then i get check engine light every 3 days

X2....... I have this same problem. I think it is my pump but I want to be sure. Any way to tell?

I don't have a C5 but when my A6 got the Insufficient Flow codes, it ended up being vacuum related..
the lines that went to the control valves were plugged with remnants of rubber from the vacuum hose.

Default Secondary Air Injection System problems

Guys, Any information on this? I am getting the identical codes:

17831 - Secondary Air Injection System: Bank 1: Insufficient Flow
P1423 - 35-00 - -
17819 - Sec.Air Inj.Sys.,Bank2 Flow too Flow
P1411 - 35-00 -

Any ideas on a solution, I get this every day...reset and get it again I'd love to get it fixed. Any trouble shooting techniques? Ideas...????

I have the same exact problem on 2 cars.. I am going to examine the control valves, since the dealer replaced a vacuum hose that had a huge hole worn through it, maybe there are remnants of rubber hose in the valve.

Still no luck finding the problem.. 2 cars, same issue.. Could it be a bad mass air flow sensor? Seems odd that it could cause the problem. When I do a Group 077/078 test with the cars, both are reporting 12 - 15 g/s at 2200 rpm. The air pump is coming on. All vacuum lines are replaced. The solonoid works fine and has been flow tested. Manual states I should see 40 to 70 g/s. where does that measurment take place? MAF?
