I have a 2004 Allroad and have a misfire issue.
I scanned with an OBDTools plug and a fully licensed version of Vag-Com 311-6 i Think.

How do I scan for the cylinder that is misfiring?
I did an auto scan and it came up with the following...

I don't think it is scanning the engine at all.
Or am I missing something.

Yup, it completely missed the Engine and ABS (at least). Possibly other systems as well. Contact your hardware vendor for assistance.
