What does this fault code means?

What does this fault code means?

I did an auto-scan last week. VCDS shows :

Address 01: Engine Labels: Redir Fail!
Part No: 039 906 024 A
Component: DIGIFANT 1.75 1583
1 Fault Found:
00524 - Knock Sensor 1 (G61)
34-10 - No Elaboration Available - Intermittent

So, I replaced the KS(original) but the fault code still appears. I did the "clear fault code" but to no avail. The car has rough idle. Lack of power for acceleration. Consumes engine oil, 15-50W semi-syn. (top up at least one in two weeks/less than 1,000km).

1. Could the engine ECU be faulty?
2. Is the timing low?
3. What does it means:

Labels: Redir Fail!
34-10 - No Elaboration Available - Intermittent
