Audi Dealership only replaced 1 tire?
I am currently looking at a 2017 Audi A4 CPO, the tire tread depths are 7/32, 7/32, 6/32, and 11/32. According to Audi CPO standards, tread needs to be more than 50%, so I'm guessing only one tire fell below that threshold. Is the discrepancy an issue? Is Audi allowed to only replace one tire? I am interested in buying the car, I do not know if the tread is ok or if I would need to get the other 3 tires replaced out of pocket for the tread to match.

could have been a nail, puncture..etc
I don't think all 3 need to be done...2 on the same axle, maybe. Get them to throw it in

Here is the Audi information regarding permitted tire discrepancies as quoted on the Tire Rack website. Since you are buying the car from an Audi dealer you should expect them to follow the Audi manual and replace the other three tires. The Quattro system does not like different tire sizes.
“Here are recommendations from some of the manufactures that Tire Rack currently serves for matching the tires used on their four-wheel drive and all-wheel drive vehicles. Additional recommendations from other Original Equipment Vehicle Manufacturers is pending.
Audi as published in their vehicle owner's manual, "rolling radius of all 4 tires must remain the same" or within 4/32-inch of each other in remaining tread depth.”
